After a period of inactivity in promotion due to the saturation of offers on Mallorca we have decided to take up again what was our activity for more than 30 years.

In a new spirit and oriented towards a more dynamic segment of the market, namely that of the resident and non-resident with an attraction for the coast, or of investors with the same interest in this segment, we have now made it our aim to put two new projects in our clients’ reach:

·     the building of two one-family homes with swimming pool on building lots of excellent location in Puerto de Sóller, whose most relevant characteristics, apart from their location, are their design and functionality.

·         the building of one home of 570 square metres on a 2.000 m2 lot, also in an excellent location in Puerto de Sóller, that stands out through the privacy provided by the lot, the spaciousness of its interior and the spectacular and functional design.

We attach a short presentation of both projects, in which you can judge for yourself the uniqueness of the most relevant characteristics, and also a simple outline of a potential return on the investment through holiday rentals.

An additional advantage in this case is – if you are interested – the possibility of customizations and adjustments to the project before its execution, as long as these are within the urban parameters of the area.

The project will be carried out with the financial and technical solvency that characterized the promotional activities initiated by Pedro Suau some time ago and now continued by his children Rosa and Francisco.
